When paying with Debit/Credit card on Emalisa Beads, we will ask you for your 16-digit Card number and expiry date and CVV (Card Verification Value). Please note that Plus Size Shoes doesn’t save your card information (unless you specify) or CVV information and you will be asked to enter it each time you purchase on Emalisa Beads.
Receiving a damaged or wrong product shouldn’t worry you. Just return it within 24 hours to our official address on the contact page. A customer service person will get in touch with you to resolve the situation.
